Cancellation Policy

We know life doesn't always go as planned, so we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to changing or cancelling your appointment.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

Reschedule or cancel upto 24 hours before appointment:
No fee imposed.

Reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours notice:
A cancellation fee in the amount of 30% of the original service estimate.

Reschedule or cancel upon technician's arrival:
Full amount originally quoted for service will be charged.
