When do I get paid?
Technician payments are processed every morning Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) for the previous day(s)' completed jobs. Payments for jobs completed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed on the following business day.
1) If you have one job on Tuesday, complete it, and properly confirm the completion, payment for that job will be sent out the following day (Wednesday).
2) If you have a job on Friday, and a job on Saturday, payment for both jobs will be issued on Monday.
3) If you complete a job on Wednesday, but fail to confirm the job as completed until Thursday, payment will be processed on Friday.
Payments are only initiated after a job has been confirmed as complete using the Job Confirmation process.
Payments are sent via direct deposit to your bank account and are processed by Gig Wage. Processing time for when your payment appears in your account will depend on your bank, but is typically 1 to 3 business days. You may also have the option to link your debit card with Gig Wage in order to receive faster payouts.
